Why won't my coupon print?
You must have a printer, turned on, loaded with paper, and with enough ink toner - in order for coupons to print. If your printer is a multi-function device (print, fax, copy, scan) please make sure the default printer is the print function, not the fax function.
The printing of a coupon is no different to printing any other web page.
Try to print another web page. If you are still experiencing issues, contact us and we will try and solve the problem.
Why can't I find my coupon in my Cart?
In some instances, a supplier may choose to not renew their advertising with Kiddie Coupons. If so, they will be deleted from the Supplier Directory, and therefore their coupons will also be deleted.
Why has the discount offer changed from when I last saw it?
A supplier has the right to change any aspect of their discount at any time. Suppliers, however, will honour any printed coupon that is still within a valid expiry date.
How do I redeem a coupon?
In all instances, you must choose to view or print a coupon. Only a viewed or printed coupon will tell you how it should be redeemed. For example, the coupon may have to be taken into a physical store, or you may need to email a supplier or visit their website.
Can I tell what coupons I have printed previously?
If you are logged in to the system, under the Members menu you will find the menu Order History. This web page will tell you every coupon you have viewed or printed, including the date and time.
What if I forget my password?
Simply click the Forgotten your password link in the top right corner of your screen, under the login box.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, you must be logged in. Once logged in, under the Members menu, choose Change Password.
How do I update my details?
To update your details, you must be logged in. Once logged in, under the Members menu, choose Update Details.
How can I avoid having to enter my ID and password every time I visit Kiddie Coupons?
At the top right corner of the screen, under the login box, you will find a link "Remember me". This will remember your login email and password next time you access the site.
