What if I forgot my password?
Simply click the Forgotten your password link found at the top right corner of your screen, under the login box.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, you must be logged in. Once logged in, under the Suppliers menu, choose Change Password.
How do I update our company's details?
To update your company's details, you must be logged in. Once logged in, under the Suppliers menu, choose Update Details.
How can I avoid having to enter my ID and password every time I visit Kiddie Coupons?
At the top right corner of the screen, under the login box, you will find a link "Remember me". This will remember your login email and password next time you access the site.
How do I change our company's discount details?
A supplier must firstly login to the system using their unique email address and password. Under the Suppliers menu, click on Account Settings. Select "Discount Details to be Displayed" to take you to the relevant section.
How do I preview my coupon?
A supplier must firstly login to the system using their unique email address and password. Under the Suppliers menu, click on Account Settings. Select "Preview Coupon" to take you to the relevant section.
Why can't I see my coupon to Print?
Only members are able to access coupons to Print. Suppliers do not have rights to print coupons. To be able to print a coupon you must also have a login and password as a member.
How can I tell when our level of advertising expires?
A supplier must firstly login to the system using their unique email address and password. Then under the Suppliers menu, choose "Account Settings" which will tell you the level of advertising your company has, as well as when it expires.
