This document constitutes a legally enforceable agreement with Kiddie Coupons. If you do not agree with any of the terms of conditions contained in this User Agreement, you are not permitted to use the site.

By accessing, using and conducting transaction on the site you agree that your access, use and any transactions conducted on the site are governed by the Terms and Conditions. Your use by accessing, browsing, opening or otherwise using any part of the site is evidence of your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Kiddie Coupons reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.

Proper Use
The coupons provided entitle you to offers at participating suppliers as detailed on our website. All offers may be subject to change and Kiddie Coupons reserves the right to remove any company from the website at any time.

It is the responsibility of the member to inform Kiddie Coupons of any supplier who does not honour the discount as advertised on the website. Kiddie Coupons will do the best to resolve the situation.

Kiddie Coupons accepts no liability or responsibility for any products or services displayed on the website.

Supplier's Rights to Change Discounts
A supplier may choose to change the discount offered at any time.

Redeeming a Coupon
The customer must identify themselves as a Kiddie Coupons member and follow the supplier’s instruction on how to redeem their offer. Instructions on how to redeem offers are available on the supplier's coupon.

Coupons are available to Kiddie Coupons members only.

Some coupons are available Australia-wide, others are available in nominated states.

Printing a Coupon

Printing a coupon is the mechanism by which a member can view details on how a suppliers offer can be redeemed.

If a member clicks on the "Print Coupon" button and progresses to view the coupon, it is deemed to have been "printed".

"Printed" coupons will be removed from a members available list of coupons to use until such a time as the member renews their membership for a subsequent term.

A coupon has an expiry date of 30 days from the "print" date.

The Kiddie Coupons system will keep details of all coupons "printed", including who the member is, the coupon "printed" as well as the day and time "printed".

Refer a Friend
To qualify for a FREE month added to your subscription, and also your friend's, your friend must join within 14 days of being contacted by us. This promotion is only valid to Friends paying full price, and is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Your Intellectual Property Rights
Kiddie Coupons does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, images or other material that you upload, transmit or store in your Kiddie Coupons account. We will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you with the service.

Privacy
As a condition of using Kiddie Coupons, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Email Notification
To receive our on-line newsletter, all subscribers must have the opt-in box checked. At any stage, a subscriber may choose to unsubscribe. By receiving our newsletter, the subscriber agrees to receive further correspondence via email. Under no circumstances will this information be passed on to a third party.

Supplier Advertisements
As consideration for using Kiddie Coupons, you agree and understand that we may display ads and other information adjacent to and related to any content posted. Full payment must be paid prior to a supplier being able to access their relevant web pages.

A supplier warrants to Kiddie Coupons that all material including copy and illustrations supplied is true, correct and not misleading in any particular way; does not contain anything that is defamatory of any person or company; does not infringe intellectual or industrial property rights of any third party.

Kiddie Coupons reserves the right to alter any part of the supplier’s web content, if deemed necessary to keep consistency and accuracy throughout the site.

The Supplier hereby warrants that he/she is duly authorised to enter into this Agreement and acknowledges having read and understood the terms and conditions set out above. By confirmation email, the supplier acknowledges acceptance to the Terms and Conditions provided by Kiddie Coupons.

Supplier Agreement Termination
Kiddie Coupons reserves the right to cancel a supplier’s account in the event a supplier not abiding by the terms and conditions. Kiddie Coupons may by notice in writing to the Supplier terminate this Agreement effective at any time and upon Kiddie Coupons refunding all money then owing. The Supplier has no Claim against Kiddie Coupons in respect thereof. The Supplier has no right to terminate this Agreement.

Account Expiry
After an account has expired, Kiddie Coupons reserves the right to disable or terminate a user's account.

Cancellation
A member account can be cancelled at any time, without question within 14 days of joining. After this period, all memberships must run their course and no refunds will be available.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our member's satisfaction is of primary importance to us. A member can choose to cancel their membership within 14 days of joining. Please email us to arrange a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. One of our representatives will then contact you to arrange the refund of all monies paid.

Note, this process is only available to members once. If in the future, the same member rejoins and then decides to cancel again, no refunds will be permissible.

Refund Policy
Kiddie Coupons agrees to refund all monies for a member within 14 days of joining. After this point, no refunds are permissible. If further clarification is required, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Kiddie Coupons, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Kiddie Coupons will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
